  • Paul Dryden (ProMedic) - FDA and Regulatory Support 
    • Mr. Dryden has been in the medical device industry since 1975. He was President of Dryden Corporation,Indianapolis, IN, an anesthesia / respiratory disposable manufacturer until it was sold to Louis Gibeck AB in 1988. He remained as President and then left to form ProMedic in 1992. Mr.Dryden has a BS from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, and an MBA from Butler University,Indianapolis, IN. He has been active in a number of medical device associations and is active in the ASTM / AAMI standards committees for anesthesia / respiratory devices. He currently serves on a number of company Boards and serves as a senior advisor for several clients.
  • Craig Manifold, DO - EMS Medical Director, Immediate Past Chair, American College of Emergency Physicians EMS Committee, U.S. Military liaison
    • Dr. Manifolis an EMS medical director with the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio’s Department of Emergency Health Sciences. He received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.
  • Paul Batchelder (Clinimark) - Chief Clinical Officer of Clinimark.
    • Mr. Batchelder  is a member of the University of Colorado Medical School, Division of Pulmonary Sciences and Critical Care Medicine Research Board.  He is also a member of the ASTM Pulse Oximetry Working Group where he functioned as Designated United States Expert and representative to the International Standards Organization.  He was actively involved in the development of the current International Standard for Pulse Oximetry (9919).

      Mr. Batchelder formerly managed a clinical research grant that developed Non-invasive ventilatory support systems for use in the Critical Care arena.  Prior to that, he instituted Pulmonary Function Laboratories and Respiratory Therapy Departments in several hospitals.  He has a number of medical publications to his credit, and has lectured in clinical and collegiate settings throughout the US and Europe.
  • Steve Moulton, MD - Co-Founder, Flashback Technologies; Director of Trauma and Burn at Children's Hospital, Colorado; Clinical Research. 
    • Dr. Moulton received his undergraduate and doctoral degrees from the University of Washington. He trained in general surgery at the University of California, San Diego and in Pediatric Surgery at the State University of New York, Brooklyn. He is board certified in General and Pediatric Surgery. He has authored or co-authored more than 75 peer-reviewed articles and 15 book chapters. Dr. Moulton is the State of Colorado Vice-Chair for the American College of Surgeons, Committee on Trauma (ACS COT). His research efforts span the fields of trauma and burn care, resuscitation and hemodynamic monitoring. He is an inventor on two issued US patents, one European patent and 12 pending US/European patents.
